Amar Neupane is a multi-award-winning Nepali youth novelist and personality in Nepalese literature. His first novel Paniko Gham was published in 2066 BS and won the Padhyashree Sahitya Samman award. His collection of children's stories Kalilo Man won the Parijat Balsahitya Pandulipi Purashkar award. He has won Madan Puraskar for the book Seto Dharti.
